# A “BEARABLE” Transition

The need for real-world solutions on the Aptos Blockchain was apparent long before the thought of creating an NFT collection. In fact, our desire to bring value to the Aptos Ecosystem was so strong that creating an NFT collection was the last step in our planning; it was the only reasonable way for us to decentralize services that would soon emerge in this space.

Rather than relinquishing these opportunities only for others to come along and use traditional methods to capitalize on them, BearLabs has decided to seize those opportunities and provide garnered proceeds as gifts to a DAO. 50% of all profits acquired from the various services provided by "DBuzz" will be gifted to a DAO. The "BearLabs DAO" will make vital decisions that significantly influence the overall direction of the service platform "DBuzz."

When a paid service is completed, 40% of the revenue will be used to reimburse BearLabs for any service fees or billable hours; the remaining 60% will be evenly (50/50) split between the DAO and the BearLabs team.

Access to the exclusive BearLabs DAO community will be presented in the form of a 5,000 NFT collection made up of unique PFP bear avatars, each containing their own unique traits, characteristics, bad habits, and vices. In total, there will be 164 attributes, and 13 backgrounds equaling a total of 177 items. 

We also plan on pledging 50% of all mint revenue back into the development of BearLabs. 30% of mint will be allocated to the BearLabs team, 10% to advisors, and the remaining 10% to the chosen launchpad.

Shortly after a complete mint sellout, rarities will be released on our Discord channel, and NFT holders will gain access to the BearLabs DAO community via way of Matrica holders verification within twenty-four hours of launch.
