# BEARLABS DAO

BearLabs DAO, as a community, will determine the path forward for the entire project after mint. Each BearLabs NFT will grant access and "membership" to the BearLabs DAO and private Discord group. Participating in the DAO is not required for users to earn incentives; however, the more participation one dedicates, the more they might be rewarded.

Those who do choose to participate in the DAO will be responsible for helping to make critical decisions when it comes to activities such as:

* Which projects BearLabs will work with, promote and review
* Which NFT artist to display for the artist of the week
* New developments within the community
* Planning BearLab Annual Events
* Voting on which candidates best qualify for jobs posted on DBuzz

BearLabs DAO members will also benefit through unconventional methods such as gaining access to exclusive NFT White list opportunities.
