# Community Building Done Right

While lack of utility is arguably one of, if not the main cause of, project failures in this niche, marketing is another aspect that's undoubtedly just as important. We've seen countless projects with a strong team, artwork, and even vision flop and fail to launch. That's because marketing in the NFT world is unlike any other.

The mistake in marketing mainly lies in trying to take traditional ways of marketing and apply them to NFT launches. Despite how successful one has been in the traditional marketing world, those same principles, techniques, and methods of advertising by no means are interchangeable with the web3 world.

BearLabs, as a team, knows this from first-hand experience. Not only by having marketing backgrounds in the traditional world but, more importantly, by having hands-on experience in this space.

We understand that to be successful in this realm of marketing; it's all about connecting with other communities. This is a step in preparation that our founders started on quite a while ago, even before deciding to take action and create our own collection.

This is just a small display of how hard our team has been working in the background to help ensure success for BearLabs. We have also teamed up with other NFT communities and will continue to do so until we have secured quality whitelist prospects whom we know will bring value to our project.
