# Job Board

Although many Cryptocurrency job boards currently exist both for Aptos and the greater crypto space, we're taking a more hands-on approach and vetting the companies before listing their postings.

Our goal isn't quantity; it's quality. Unlike other job boards that usually post open positions for any and every company, leaving those seeking employment with the burden of attempting to decipher which opportunities are of quality and which are not, we plan to do the heavy lifting for them ahead of time by vetting these companies.

This could be seen as a time-consuming task; however, for quality companies that qualify, this would be the beginning of the onboarding stage onto DBuzz, where the client may choose to engage in our other paid services, whether immediately or periodically as we continue to cultivate the relationship.

Our DAO members will also benefit from this as they will be the first source to verify and approve the job listings, leaving them with the first chance to pursue the opportunity if desired.

New internal employment opportunities may be created for members of the DAO once the amount of clients participating in the job board listing grows immensely. &#x20;

Clients will also have the chance to pay for white glove services, thus further extending revenue to the DAO.
